1. Public offer
1.1. General
This document is a public offer by sole proprietor Klymak Oleksandr Ruslanovych (the Seller) to any person (the Buyer) to conclude an agreement granting the right to use a software product on the terms below, under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".
Paying for a license on alexanderklymak.com is acceptance of this offer. From the moment of payment the agreement is concluded and the Buyer agrees to these terms and to the End User License Agreement (EULA) included with the plugin.
1.2. What you get
The Seller grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the software product "Procedural Canvas", a plugin for Houdini (the Plugin), for one user on up to three computers, for personal and commercial projects. The Buyer may not share, sell, publish or otherwise distribute the Plugin files. Project files (.hip) made with the Plugin may be shared freely.
Houdini is a product and trademark of Side Effects Software Inc. The Seller is not affiliated with SideFX. The Buyer needs their own copy of Houdini 20.5 or newer.
1.3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page in US dollars. Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay through plata by mono, the internet acquiring service of JSC Universal Bank. The amount is charged in Ukrainian hryvnias at the bank's rate at the time of payment. The Seller never receives or stores card details. A fiscal receipt is sent to the email given at checkout.
1.4. Delivery
Once the payment is confirmed, an email with the license key and a download link is sent automatically to the address given at checkout. Delivery is complete when this email is sent. If it does not arrive within an hour, write to projectcanvas.support@gmail.com and the key will be sent again.
The key is activated in the Plugin on first launch; activation needs an internet connection. One key activates on three computers. To move the license to another computer, contact support.
1.5. Updates and support
All updates within major version 1.x are free. Later major versions (2.0 and up) may be offered on separate terms. Support is by email at projectcanvas.support@gmail.com.
1.6. Liability
The Plugin is provided "as is". The Seller makes reasonable efforts for it to work correctly but does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware, software and Houdini configuration, and is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits related to its use. Please keep backups of your projects. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the license.
1.7. Other terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, as provided by Ukrainian law. The Seller may change these terms; a new version applies to purchases made after it is published on the site.
2. Refunds
If the Plugin does not work on a system that meets the requirements (Houdini 20.5 or newer) and support cannot fix it, you get a full refund.
Write to projectcanvas.support@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the purchase email and a description of the problem. The money goes back to the same card within 14 days of approval; how fast it appears depends on your bank. After a refund the license key is deactivated.
3. Privacy
The Seller controls the personal data you provide on this site and processes it under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
What is collected: the email given at checkout; order details (amount, date, payment status); your license key and how many times it was activated; the IP address and technical request data at key activation. Card details are handled only by the bank; the Seller never receives them.
Why: to fulfil the purchase — send the key and the receipt, check the license, provide support and refunds — and to meet legal requirements.
Who else processes it: JSC Universal Bank (plata by mono) and Checkbox for payments and fiscal receipts; Cloudflare for hosting and data storage; Resend for sending emails. No one else receives your data, and it is not used for advertising.
How long: for as long as the license is valid and for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights: to know what data is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted (except data the Seller must keep by law), and to withdraw consent. Write to projectcanvas.support@gmail.com.
